Lots of things to cover this week, so I'll address them in sections.
BATTLE RESULTS
Six games were played since our last update. The most active Division was Dayton 1. Stephen B.'s High Elves took the field against Ken P.'s Skaven and ended up with a draw - and then turned around and fought Mark M.'s Lizardmen (suffering a lopsided defeat). Ken's Skaven, turned around from the draw with the High Elves to face Jason's Dark Elves - and suffered a nail-biter of a loss. Jason's Dark Elves followed up this victory with a game against Mark E.'s Dark Elves (a little Dark Elf on Dark Elf action - ewww) and found themselves on the losing side of a very close game. Meanwhile, over in Indy, Ryan C.'s Empire were busy - fighting to a draw with John H.'s Dark Elves and then beating Gary L.'s Dwarfs.
WEIRD DIVISIONS
For those paying close attention, we technically have a Dayton 3 Division and a Cincinnati Division. Dayton 3 was created for latecomers - and so it purposefully has been delayed in starting any games. Because some people dropped out, it only has two players currently. It looks like we may need to start playing games - even if there is only a single game to play. Weird. It is still possible that we can find some local players to jump in that Division. We'll see.
Also, down in Cincinnati, there are six players who have paid for the League. However, I have yet to receive any army lists or game results (even though those same rumors tell me that games have been going on). I will post all their results when I get them.
AND THE WINNER IS...
Dayton 1 has played enough games that the 1st and 2nd place finishers have been determined. (There are only 2 games left in the Division - and the results won't affect the overall winner.) So, congratulations to Andrew W.'s Daemons for winning the Division and to Mark M.'s Lizardmen for taking 2nd place. They were tied - and so I had to use total VP to determine the winner. Nice job to both of you!
